If you need to return an item, please adhere to the following policy:
1. **Eligibility for Return**: Items must be unopened, unworn, and unaltered to qualify for a return. All returns MUST have all pieces (includes items such as tools, laces, stoppers, barrings, wrapping, original packaging, etc) Customization orders are not eligible for return.
2. **Return Period**: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
For shipping orders
You will have 7 days after your package has been delivered. If you would like to return any items. Customers are responsible for paying for shipping the item (s) back, otherwise, return in store.
3. Special Orders: All special orders that are not customized maybe returned but will be subject to a 10% restock fee.
4. **Return Process**:

- Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging.
5. **Refund Method**: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
6. **Non-Returnable Items**: All customized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
7. **Shipping Costs**: Return shipping costs is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
8. **Exchanges**: We do process direct exchanges, in-store Only. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
